Early June 2006, UNCTAD organized a pre-DTIS workshop, during which the World Bank task manager conducted preliminary discussions with the authorities.

The preparatory mission was fielded in September 2006; an Aide-mémoire was prepared upon completion of this mission.

The main mission took place in November/December 2006. A DTIS concept note was prepared prior to this mission.

The outcome of the main mission was summarized in an Aide-Mémoire.
A draft DTIS was completed in June 2007.

A DTIS pre-validation workshop took place in November 2007. The DTIS Validation Workshop took place in July 2008.
