In October 2006, an aide-mémoire was prepared outlining the objectives, scope, timeline and framework for the delivery of the Diagnostic Trade Integration Study (DTIS). The IF was formally launched in October 2006 during the preparatory mission.

A concept paper was prepared, prior to the main mission, which was scheduled for mid-February/early March 2007.

The DTIS was drafted in July 2007.

A National Validation Workshop is scheduled for November 2007.
